Funding

Funding is paid every hour. Interest is fixed at 0.01% / 8 hours equivalent to 0.00125% an hour.

Rate formula (8 hour basis): F = Average Premium Index (P) + clamp(interest - P, -0.0005, 0.0005) Premium is sampled every five seconds and averaged over the hour. Cap: 4% / hour.

Payments use the oracle spot price to compute notional.
