Liquidation Price

Users will be liquidated when account equity falls to less than the value of maintenance margin. Maintenance is equal to ½ (one half) of the initial margin at max leverage, so it ranges 1% (50x assets) to 25% (2x assets).

Hyperliquid tries to close your liquidatable position on the book with market orders. If equity falls below ⅔ of maintenance before that succeeds, a backstop liquidation occurs through the HLP liquidator vault.
